Yes, much of the Alhambra can be visited by travelers with limited mobility, although some historic areas have steps, uneven surfaces or restricted access. Accessible routes are available through many of the main areas of the complex. If you have specific mobility requirements, let us know in advance and we will adapt your private Alhambra tour accordingly.
Private Alhambra tours normally operate even when it rains. Much of the visit takes place outdoors, particularly in the Generalife gardens and other open areas, while many of the palace spaces are sheltered. In case of rain, we recommend comfortable footwear and a compact umbrella. Only severe weather or official monument restrictions may affect the visit.

Each visitor must provide their full name and passport or ID details when the Alhambra tickets are booked. On the day of your visit, you must bring the same original passport or ID used for the reservation, as tickets are personal and non-transferable. This also applies to children traveling with you.

You may cancel your private Alhambra tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. As Alhambra tickets are personal and non-refundable once issued, the cost of the tickets and any non-refundable booking fees will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
If, exceptionally, we are unable to secure the requested Alhambra tickets, we will offer you an alternative date or time. If the alternative does not suit you, you will receive a full refund.
