As expected, the Costa del Sol<\/a> features a cable car: the significant elevation difference between the coastline and the mountains rising just a few kilometers away makes such an infrastructure ideal. Therefore, riding the Benalm\u00e1dena Cable Car is the best way to glimpse this spectacular tourist destination at a single glance. <\/p>\n\n

The Benalm\u00e1dena Cable Car begins its journey in the urban center, next to Tivoli World, and ends at Mount Calamorro. In total, the journey covers about 3 km and ascends over 750 meters, completed in approximately 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n

Although Gibraltar is not part of Andalusia, it is perfectly integrated into the Andalusian coast, at one end of the Bay of Algeciras. Finally, the other infrastructure comparable to a cable car in Andalusia is the ski lifts at the Sierra Nevada ski resort, in Granada<\/a>.
