Tickets for the Nasrid Palaces often sell out two to three months in advance, especially in high season—spring and autumn—and on public holidays. We recommend booking your private tour as early as possible to secure the optimal time slot. If your trip is very soon, please send us your request anyway, as we may still have availability.
It depends on the format you choose. The full tour of the Alhambra and Generalife lasts around 3 hours; the Alcazaba, Generalife and gardens option and the night tour take around 2 hours; and if you would like to combine the visit with other highlights of the city, it will depend on what you wish to include.
It depends on the time of year. In summer, early morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat. In winter, midday. We adjust the time slot according to your schedule and the light that best suits each area of the complex.
Yes. We adapt the pace and commentary to suit different ages. In addition, the monument applies different price bands depending on visitors’ ages. When you request availability, please tell us how many people are travelling and their ages, and we will send you a tailored proposal.
A large part of the site has adapted routes, including the Nasrid Palaces and the Generalife. If you have any specific needs, please let us know when requesting the tour and we will take them into account when designing the itinerary.
The tour will go ahead unless conditions are extreme. Much of the route is outdoors, but the Nasrid Palaces and the Palace of Charles V are covered. In that case, we recommend a compact umbrella and comfortable footwear.
If you wish, yes, as it is one of our additional services. We work with private vehicles for transfers from your hotel to the monument entrance and back.
